HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

We receive 100% cotton fabric from our supplier, Fabscrap, a fabric upcycling company. After that we wash it in our industrial sized washing machines in a cold cycle and we dry it on a low heat setting. After that, the cotton is blended in our industrial blenders. The blended cotton is then used to stuff our GOTS certified stuffed animal shells.

WHY reFAIRe?

reFAIRe is derived from the French word "refaire" which means to remake. Tying in with our mission to reuse the cloth from textile waste industry, reFAIRe remakes these old scraps into something new and adorable. The fair in "reFAIRe" is capitalized to tie in with our fair theme for our animals, while also emphasizing being fair to both yourself and the environment. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Customers are able to return their stuffed animals as long as they come in original packaging with no damage through our Fairris Recycling Program.  The return and exchange policy is valid for a week after the delivery date. A return label comes in the package. Once the item arrives back at our facilities, we will administer the refund. If an item comes not to our standard, we will notify the customer and give them the choice of sending it back or having their product go to our Fairris recycling program.

ARE ANY NEW CHARACTERS COMING OUT SOON?

Yes! New characters are always in development. Keep up with our website and social media for updates. 

WHAT MAKES YOUR PLUSHIES SPECIAL?

Traditional polyester stuffed animals are filled with polyester, a toxic carcinogen containing antimony,  which is linked negative health effects such as cancer. At reFAIRe, our stuffed animals are filled with 100% recycled cotton, eliminating the toxic polyester while also helping clean up the planet. 

HOW DO I CLEAN MY PLUSHIE?

To clean your plushie put it in a washer on the lowest setting, cleaning it with cold water and  cleaning detergent. After that airdry it.  

ARE YOUR PLUSHIES FIRE PROOF?

No. Please try to treat Patches and all his friends with care!
