Exchanges are allowed if items come in original packaging with no damage.

The return and exchange policy is valid for a week after the delivery date. A return label comes in the package.

Once the item arrives back at our facilities, we will administer the refund. If an item comes not to our standards, we will notify the customer and give them the choice of sending it back or having their product go to our BeFair recycling program.
